Iowa – The state with the nickname “Hawkeye State” (Hawkeye State), which means as much as beautiful state in the Indian has about 2.3 million inhabitants. The capital is Des Moines. The first inhabitants of this state were prehistoric Indians. The French Louis Jolliet and Father Jacques Marquette were the first whites to explore the state. At the beginning of the 19th century, the Indians living here moved to Canada. In 1846, Iowa became the 29th state in the United States. Chickens, pigs and cereals are the main products of this state.
